Rita <\/span>Argauer<\/span> presented the festival program in the S\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung on August 28<\/span> presented the 2020 festival program – <\/span>and put our concept in a nutshell<\/span>:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span><\/i>Various orchestras have been performing classical music in clubs for some time now – breaking down barriers and lowering inhibitions is very much in keeping with the spirit of the times. But Hidalgo, on which almost 100 people are now working on the third edition, goes one step further. Here, the generation for whom classical music and pop no longer mean exclusion organizes music where it is good for both music and audience. You don’t rely on the fact that it’s enough to put a singer in a place other than a concert hall stage. Here, location, music and staging are linked with intellectual precision<\/span><\/i>
