The time required varies depending on the size and complexity of the project and your availability.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Who we are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HIDALGO is Munich&#8217;s most exciting classical music start-up. In a <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/hidalgofestival.de\/en\/cosmos\/organization\/\">young, extremely motivated team<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong> combine paradoxical worlds to create intense, exhilarating experiences. To this end, we produce innovative concert formats with passion and the highest standards.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018 we have been organizing the annual<a href=\"https:\/\/hidalgofestival.de\/festival\/\"><br \/>\n  <strong>HIDALGO Festival for young classical music<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>. We create video installations, commission sound designers and confront romantic poetry with modern poetry. Whatever fits together to form something bigger is allowed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we wish for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent way of working<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of event technology (you don&#8217;t have to have completed training! The most important thing for us is a basic technical understanding)<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy putting together musical-theatrical stage productions in a creative team<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on mentality<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding and manual skills<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy organizing technical processes, as well as assembly and dismantling<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of budget statements<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy working in a team<\/li>\n<li>communicative and open personality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>These are your areas of responsibility:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In regular exchange with the project management and the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create Technical Rider<\/li>\n<li>Create schedule for technical requirements<\/li>\n<li>Check technical feasibility within the artistic concept<\/li>\n<li>Acquire technical equipment in coordination with the Technical and Logistics Directorate<\/li>\n<li>Act as contact person for the technical staff at the venue<\/li>\n<li>Planning, monitoring and controlling of the project-related technical budget<\/li>\n<li>Technical support for the respective event during rehearsals and performances<\/li>\n<li>Planning of assembly and dismantling in consultation with logistics and technical management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You feel addressed?
